• Results cannot be guaranteed
• You will follow all pre and post-operative instructions
• You understand the limitations of hair transplant procedures

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be medically suitable for hair transplant procedures (as determined by our medical team)
• Provide accurate and complete medical information
• Have realistic expectations about treatment outcomes

5. Booking and Payment

Consultation

Initial consultations (online or in-person) are provided to assess your suitability for hair transplant procedures. These consultations do not constitute a commitment to treatment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount and payment terms will be clearly communicated before booking.

Full Payment

Full payment is typically required before or on the day of the procedure. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during booking.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and include the services listed in your treatment package. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Patient Cancellations

• More than 30 days before procedure: Full refund minus deposit
• 15-30 days before procedure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before procedure: No refund

Medical Cancellations

If our medical team determines you are not suitable for the procedure after your arrival, a full refund will be provided (excluding travel and accommodation costs you incurred).

Emergency Cancellations

In case of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

7. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history
• Disclose all medications, allergies, and health conditions
• Follow all pre-operative instructions (e.g., avoiding alcohol, certain medications)
• Attend all scheduled appointments
• Follow post-operative care instructions precisely
• Inform us immediately of any complications or concerns
• Attend follow-up appointments as recommended
• Refrain from smoking and alcohol consumption during the recovery period

8. Accommodation and Transportation

If included in your package:

• Accommodation is provided at partner hotels of specified standards
• VIP transfers are provided between airport, hotel, and clinic
• We are not liable for hotel services or amenities
• Changes to accommodation may be made due to availability
• Extended stays beyond the package are at your own expense

9. Photography and Use of Images

With your written consent, we may:

• Take before and after photographs for medical records
• Use anonymized images for marketing and educational purposes
• Share results on our website and social media

You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time, though medical record photos will be retained.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Turkish Hair Center and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We are not responsible for complications arising from non-compliance with instructions
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

12. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that:

• Our medical professionals are licensed and qualified
• We use approved medical equipment and techniques
• We maintain sterile and safe medical facilities

13. Complications and Medical Issues

While rare, complications can occur. If you experience:

• Excessive bleeding, swelling, or pain
• Signs of infection
• Severe reactions or unexpected symptoms

Contact us immediately. We provide support for any procedure-related complications within the appropriate timeframe.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Complications from elective procedures (if available)

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

1. Contact us directly to resolve the issue
2. If unresolved, we agree to mediation before litigation
3. Legal action must be initiated within one year of the incident

17. Privacy
